Custom Costumes: All custom suits are made based on your measurements. They are very custom fit to your body and your measurement therefor we have a very strict no return policy. We guarantee that every suit we make is brand new and do not accept returns this includes if you choose not to compete.  If you are not satisfied with your suit or if it does not fit you how you want please email courtenay@livingwaterdesigns.ca

READY MADE SUITS: All ready made suits are considered FINAL SALE.  If you have chosen the wrong size you may return it, we will happily offer store credit for the item's so that you can pick something more suitable. Size exchanges will be automatically processed for store credit; if you prefer an exchange, you will need to place a new order using that store credit on our site. All refunds and exchanges will be dealt with via email outside the website.

 Size exchanges and Alterations must be received in original condition as defined below:

Unworn, Unwashed, Undamaged

Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant on the garment. For hygiene reasons please keep underwear on when first trying on your order. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
